1. About these terms
These terms govern the use of this website and the AC services provided by Mumbai Air AC Services ("Mumbai Air") across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane. By booking a service you accept these terms.
2. Bookings
Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp or the website form. A booking is confirmed once our team calls you back and agrees a visit slot. Personal details you submit are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Pricing and spare parts
Published prices apply to split, window and cassette ACs and are confirmed before work begins. Repair bookings carry a fixed visit charge that covers the technician's visit and fault diagnosis. Replacement spare parts are not included in any service or visit charge; any required part is quoted to you first and fitted only with your approval. Prices may be revised from time to time; the price agreed at booking applies to that job.
4. Access and safety
You agree to provide safe access to the AC units, including any society or building permissions needed for outdoor-unit work. Our technicians may decline work that cannot be performed safely.
5. Payment
Payment is due on completion of the visit, after the work has been demonstrated to you. No advance payment is required for standard services.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Third-party brands
Brand names and logos shown on this website (such as Daikin, LG, Samsung, Voltas and others) belong to their respective owners and are used only to indicate the equipment we service. Mumbai Air is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these manufacturers.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
